Automize

Automize is a tool to easily schedule different tasks to run at particular times. You can set dynamic variables when scheduling tasks so that if event X occurs, Y application runs instantly.

You can also link an email account to the program to be notified of every action by email or give it a quick look. Another of Automize's many possibilities includes recording any incident that occurs on your computer and printing it if necessary.

The program's only (considerable) snag is that its interface is rather old-fashioned and not especially easy to use. Of course that's nothing a good tutorial can't solve, but it will still inconvenience a lot of users. Still, Automize is quite a useful tool for people crazy about keeping their computers organized, as it keep all processes perfectly orchestrated.
